Administration

Skeleton Key has two scopes of administration. Org-level settings cover the whole organization: members, billing, and roles across every brand the org owns. Brand-level settings cover permissions on a single brand inside the org. The two scopes live in different places. Org settings are accessed from the org-level menu, and brand settings live on the brand page itself.

Roles are tiered at both scopes. At the org, the order is Owner, then Admin, then Member, then Guest. At the brand, the order is Admin, then Standard, then Viewer. The pages below cover each area in detail, including which actions each role can take and how members and invites flow through both scopes.
