Phases

Phases is where Skeleton Key generates output. Three phases run in a fixed order: Research, then Strategy, then Media Plan. Each phase requires the previous one to be complete before it becomes available, and each one grounds its work in the phase before it. The product enforces this automatically.

Research is the one phase that can run at the brand level, outside of any campaign. Strategy and Media Plan are always campaign-scoped, so only campaign-scoped Research feeds directly into them. Refine sits alongside the three: after a Research or Strategy run you can submit feedback in plain English, and only the agents that need to change actually re-run. The previous version stays in version history. Media Plan does not have a refine surface; it supports inline editing instead, and saving an edit produces a new run.
